Please fill out this form to indicate your acceptance of your role and your participation in the Nutcracker by September 13, 2024 at 4:59PM.  Please note that if a dancer declines their role, they will be disqualified from auditioning for the next season’s production of the Nutcracker.
A $100 Production Fee is due at the submission of this form to cover costume maintenance, cleaning and alterations as well as to grant online access to the Performance Recording.
If you are a Non-Conservatory Dancer, please be sure to go to The Hanover Theatre Conservatory website to register for the appropriate Ballet Clinic by September 13, 2024. Ballet Clinic begins on September 14, 2024. Failure to register and attend Ballet Clinic or approved alternate Conservatory class will result in forfeiture of role.
